The Board of Directors of MAPFRE Middlesea p.l.c is scheduled to meet on Thursday, 25 March 2021 to discuss the following items :-

1. consideration and approval of the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020;
1. consider the declaration of a dividend, if any, to be recommended to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
