The following is a Company Announcement issued by MAPFRE Middlesea plc ('the Company'), pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules of the Malta Financial Services Authority.

MAPFRE Middlesea plc announces that Mr Jose Maria del Pozo shall be retiring from employment with the MAPFRE Group and hence has resigned from his position as a Director of the Company and Member of the Company's Audit Committee. The said resignation shall take effect as from 1 January 2026.
The Board thanks Mr del Pozo for his sterling contribution and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
There is no other matter concerning Mr del Pozo that requires disclosure in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
