MAPFRE Middlesea plc announces that Mr Jose Ramon Alegre has resigned from his position as a Director of the Company in order to take up other employment within the MAPFRE Group internationally. His resignation shall take effect as from 1 January 2024.

The Board thanked Mr Alegre for his sterling contribution and wished him well in his future endeavours.

There is no other matter concerning Mr Alegre that requires disclosure in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
