Further to Company Announcement MMS357 dated 28 April 2023, relating to the appointment of Directors on the Board of Directors, MAPFRE Middlesea plc announces that regulatory approval for the appointment of Mr Godfrey Swain as a non-Executive Director has now been obtained from the Malta Financial Services Authority. In accordance with same, the effective date of the appointment of Mr Swain is thus 13 July 2023.
