Further to Company Announcement MMS343 dated 29 April 2022, relating to the appointment of Directors on the Board of Directors, MAPFRE Middlesea plc announces that regulatory approval for the appointment of Mr Etienne Sciberras as a non-Executive Director has now been obtained from the Malta Financial Services Authority. In accordance with same, the effective date of the appointment of Mr Etienne Sciberras is thus 12 August 2022.
