MAPFRE Middlesea p.l.c ('the Company') announces that Mr Franco Borg has resigned from his position as Chief Officer Internal Audit, with effect from 13th May 2022, for personal reasons.

The Company has commenced an intensive recruitment process in order to identify a suitable replacement within the shortest time possible as subject to regulatory approval.

There are no matters concerning Mr Borg that require disclosure in terms of the Capital Markets Rules.
