Further to the Company Announcement dated 15 July 2020 (MMS 319) wherein the Board of Directors advised that Mr Jose Maria del Pozo had been co-opted to the Board as a non-Executive Director in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company at a Board Meeting held on the same day, it is hereby being clarified that Mr del Pozo's appointment was with immediate effect as of the 15 July 2020.
