The following is a Company Announcement issued by MAPFRE Middlesea plc, pursuant to the Listing Rules of the Listing Authority.

MAPFRE Middlesea plc announces that Mr Nikolaos Antimissaris has resigned from his employment as EURASIA Regional CEO with the MAPFRE Group for personal reasons and consequently from his position as a Director of MAPFRE Middlesea p.l.c with effect from 30 June 2020.

Mr Antimissaris had been co-opted to the Board by its members as non-Executive Director in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.

The Board thanked Mr Antimissaris for his sterling contribution and wished him well in his future endeavours.

There is no other matter concerning Mr Antimissaris that requires disclosure in terms of the Listing Rules.
