Availability of the Documentation for the Combined General Meeting of June 16th, 2022 - Article 221-1-j of the AMF (French authority for financial markets) general regulation

The Combined General Meeting of Manitou BF will be held on 16 June 2022 at 10.45 A.M. at the Company's registered office: 430 rue de l'Aubinière 44150 Ancenis-Saint Géréon.

The notice of meeting containing the agenda and draft resolutions was published in the BALO (French bulletin of mandatory legal announcements) on 9 May 2022 and the notice of meeting will be published in the BALO and in the legal announcement newspaper Ouest France (Loire-Atlantique) on 1 st June 2022.

The preparatory documents for the Meeting, set out in Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code, are available on the Company's website at www.manitou-group.com (under the Investors / General Meetings' section).

In accordance with Articles R.225-89 of the French Commercial Code, the full text of the documents to be presented at the Meeting, notably in accordance with Articles L. 225-115 and R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code, will be available at the Company's registered office : 430 rue de l'Aubinière 44150 Ancenis-Saint Géréon as from the date of publication of the notice of meeting.

Moreover, from the date of the notice of meeting, shareholders may request the Company to send them the documents and information mentioned in Articles R. 225-81 and R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code, up to and including the fifth day before the meeting to Manitou, Service Juridique, 430, rue de l'Aubinière, BP 10249, 44158 Ancenis cedex. Bearer shareholders must provide proof of this status by sending a certificate of account registration.
