With reference to the results of the meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly of Makkah Construction and Development Company, which was held on 6/6/2023 AD corresponding to 17/11/1444 AH, which includes the election of the company’s Board of Directors for the new session that starts on 10/6/2023 AD for a period of three years and ends on 9/6/ 2026 AD, the company would like to announce the decisions of the Board of Directors meeting that was held on 18/6/2023 AD on the following:

First: Appointing Mr. Saleh Muhammad Awad Bin Laden as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors.

Second: Appointing Dr. Abdul Raouf Muhammad Abdullah Manna - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

Third: Appointing Mr. Hamza Muhammad Salih Hamza Serafi - Managing Director of the Board.

Fourth: Appointing Mr. Siraj Hamzah Abdullah Ateeq - Secretary of the Board of Directors, and the committees emanating from the Board.

Fifth: Formation of the Audit Committee.

Sixth: Formation of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee.

Seventh: Appointing the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority.

Eighth: Appointing company representatives at the Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul).

Ninth: Formation of the Executive Committee.

Tenth: Formation of the Social Responsibility Committee.
