Referring to the company's announcement on the Tadawul website dated 06-05-2026 corresponding to 19-11-1447AH regarding the company's Board of Directors' invitation to shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) scheduled to be held, God willing, on Tuesday 02-06-2026 corresponding to 16-12-1447AH at 6:30 PM via modern technology, the Company would like to remind its registered shareholders that electronic voting is currently available through Tadawulaty services.

Electronic voting commenced at 1:00 a.m. on Friday 29-05-2026 corresponding to 12-12-1447H and will continue until the end of the General Assembly Meeting.

Attached is a guide for electronic voting issued by Edaa.
