Dear Members,

Pursuant to the company's announcement today, regarding the completion of the merger with MATRIX IT, we announce the following:

1. The record date for the merger completing is February 24, 2026.
1. On February 25, 2026, TASE's Clearing House will credit its members with the proceeds from the merger, to enable their transfer to the accounts of the respective clients to whom the MAGIC shares are registered.
Upon crediting the Clearing House members with the aforementioned proceeds, the Clearing House will deduct the number of shares for which payment was credited from the balances held by the relevant members.
1. Following the deduction from the members accounts at TASE's Clearing House, MAGIC shares (ISIN No. IL0010823123) will be delisted from TASE on February 26, 2026.
1. Starting today, February 24, 2026, trading in the company's shares has halted.
