TASE Indices – Magic shares Deletion

Following the company's announcement of merger completion, shares of Magic (ISIN: IL0010823123) will be deleted from all Indices the share is included in, at the end of the trading session, February 25th , 2026.

The deletion price of Magic shares will be determined by as multiple of 0.5878202 of Matrix (ISIN: IL0004450156) closing price on February 25th, 2026.

Please also note that on February 25th, 2026, Indices closing prices, which Magic is included in will be published late.
