CONSOLIDATION OF CAPITAL
Safety Medical Products Limited (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) (ASX: SFP) advise that the consolidation of securities on a 1 for 5 basis, approved at the General Meeting held on 8 November 2010, has been completed.
Details of securities on issue are now as follows:
