DIRECTORS’ REMUNERATION

Dear Sir/Madam,

Safety Medical Products Limited’s (“SafetyMed”; ASX Code SFP) Board, following recommendations from the Remuneration Committee, have revised directors’ and executives’ remuneration in light of the recent structural changes, including the sale of the Bagot Press business and the new global opportunity (refer to SFP’s 21 September 2009 announcement for further details).

The Remuneration Committee, as part of their standard practices has reviewed directors’ and executives’ remuneration due to the changes in the group structure and the resultant commitment expectations. The following changes are effective from the 1 July 2009:

• Mr John Darley’s directors fees $45,000 per annum (previously $60,000); and

• Mr John Riemelmoser’s remuneration package $260,000 per annum (previously $299,750).

The Directors signed revised agreements on 27[th] September 2009.

In accordance with corporate governance policies the Remuneration Committee will continue to review directors’ and executives’ remuneration and make recommendations to the Board on a regular basis having regard to the emerging opportunities and developments.
