Attached is the Initial Director’s Interest Notice for Mrs Jennifer Pilcher, who joined the Mach7 Technology Limited Board of Directors on 11 November 2019.

As announced to ASX on 8 October 2019, Mrs Jennifer Pilcher joined the Board on 11 November 2019, on an interim basis to 1 January 2020. On 1 January 2020, Mr Robert Bazzani will join the Board as Non-executive Director, and Mr Damien Lim and Mrs Jennifer Pilcher will retire from the Board on that date.
