Mach7 Signs New Orders for Trinity Health and Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center

Mach7 Technologies Limited (“ M7T” or “the Company” ) (ASX:M7T) today announced it has received signed agreements from two existing customers, Trinity Health and Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Trinity Health

Trinity Health has signed a statement of work (SOW). This (SOW) encompasses the first deployment wave of Trinity Health’s Unified Clinical Imaging Platform, which will see Mach7’s Enterprise Imaging Platform, Universal Worklist, eUnity Enterprise viewer and eUnity Diagnostic Viewer implemented at Trinity Health’s facilities across southeast Michigan. This SOW for Wave 1 has a total contract value of $0.9 million, which will be recognised as services revenue over the course of implementation from now through FY23.

Trinity Health will be deploying their solution in waves and each wave will have an independent order form for professional services. When fully implemented, the Mach7 solution will be implemented across 6 waves of multiple facilities within Trinity Health’s 92 hospitals, which are located across 22 states.

Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center

Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center (Penn State) has signed a contract renewal and license expansions for the Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Platform. The license renewal has a 2-year term and will cover 575,000 procedures annually. This contract includes 2 license expansions; one for increased volumes at Penn State’s current install site and one to expand the Mach7 solution to a new site in the network. The total contract value is $1.5 million of which $1.1 million is capital software revenue to be recognized in FY 22, and $0.4 million is support revenue to be recognised from now through March 2023.
