Mach7 Licenses eUnity Viewer to St. Luke’s, Boise

Melbourne, Australia; 3 August 2021 : Mach7 Technologies Limited (“Mach7” or the “Company”) (ASX:M7T), a company specialising in innovative medical imaging solutions for healthcare providers, today announced it has licensed its eUnity universal viewing solution to St. Luke’s Health System for St. Luke’s Boise Medical Centre.

The license contract is valued at $443,000 for the first year, which includes a software license fee, professional services, and one year of annual support. The contract has the option for annual renewals of $389,000 (per year) for an additional five years, increasing the total contract value to $2.4 million.

St. Luke’s Boise sought an enterprise viewing solution to help solve complex workflow challenges. After careful evaluation, they determined Mach7’s eUnity Enterprise Viewer has the most flexible capabilities to serve their varied workflow needs.

“I am delighted to begin our partnership with St. Luke’s Boise, who is Idaho’s largest health care provider and the flagship of St. Luke’s Health System. I look forward to the positive impact that the eUnity software will have for the clinicians across the entire St. Luke’s enterprise,” commented Mike Lampron, CEO of Mach7.

This agreement reinforces the potential for the eUnity product to accelerate the scale of Mach7’s annual recurring revenue business. Together with the Advocate Aurora sales order of $4.3 million announced on 19 July 2021, this contract provides for a strong first quarter sales result, and builds on the sales momentum reported across FY21.
