Term Incentive Plan which was approved by
shareholders at the Company’s 31 March 2016
Extraordinary General Meeting (LTIP).
The Options are issued to the Company’s employees
(Employee Options) and will be exercisable into fully
paid ordinary shares at $0.41 each, at any time between
the relevant vesting date and 27 January 2022. These
Employee Options will vest and become exercisable
into fully paid ordinary shares as follows:

Quotation agreement
