Release of securities from escrow
Melbourne, Australia; 27 March 2017: Mach7 Technologies Limited (the Company ) (ASX: M7T ) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that the following securities in the Company ( Restricted Securities ) will be released from escrow on 8 April 2017:

44,193,300 fully paid ordinary shares; and
-
24,047,282 performance shares, consisting of:
-
14,428,370 Class A performance shares
-
4,809,456 Class B performance shares
-
4,809,456 Class D performance shares
-
The Restricted Securities were issued as part consideration to the vendors of the Mach7 business which the Company acquired in 2016.
The Company will seek ASX quotation of the 44,193,300 fully paid ordinary shares upon their release from escrow on 8 April 2017. The performance shares will remain unquoted following their release from escrow on 8 April 2017. Each performance share will convert into one fully paid ordinary share only upon the achievement of prescribed milestones.
