Mach7 Wins Prestigious U.S. Academic Medical Centre Account for State-wide Enterprise Imaging

Melbourne, Australia; 22 September 2017: Mach7 Technologies Limited ( Mach7 or the Company ) (ASX: M7T ) announced today it has entered into a perpetual software licence agreement with US Academic Medical Centre, the prestigious University of Vermont Medical Centre (UVM), for its entire suite of enterprise imaging solutions.

Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Platform will serve as the central hub for UVM’s imaging ecosystem enabling the consolidation of all imaging and managing their diverse departmental and enterprise workflows. Mach7’s unique abilities in the areas of intelligent routing and image normalization will empower UVM’s radiologists to read from any location across the state of Vermont with a consistent and informed user experience for optimal patient care.

UVM Medical Centre, the largest employer in Vermont, serves a population of over 1 million with 144 patient care sites, handling at least 600,000 images per year, across Vermont and northern New York. Mach7’s commitment to standards and interoperability was a key factor in their selection so that UVM can leverage their existing information systems and imaging infrastructure including their electronic patient health record. Mach7 is also able to help with UVM’s complex workflows including imaging from their growing use of point-of-care ultrasound imaging. With the licence agreement, UVM will be designated a Mach7 luminary site. The designation underpins the strong partnership between Mach7 and UVM that includes opportunities for UVM to have product development input, additional training, published articles and more.
