Mach7 Signs Distribution Agreement to Accelerate Sales Growth in Europe

Melbourne, Australia; 4 August 2016: Mach7 Technologies Limited ( Mach7 or the Company ) (ASX: M7T ), a global provider of enterprise imaging solutions, today announced it has entered into a distribution Agreement ( Agreement ) with Alphatron Medical Systems B.V. ( Alphatron ) for the distribution of Mach7 Technologies™ Enterprise Imaging Platform throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg ( Territory ).

The Territory comprises the Benelux countries of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg which has a combined population of 28.5 million people and, according to EuroStat, has some of the highest healthcare spending as a percentage of GDP of any of the countries in continental Europe.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Alphatron will market and distribute the full Mach7 suite of enterprise imaging solutions, including their industry leading Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Platform. Alphatron will additionally provide user training and customer support throughout the Territory.

Mach7 works with a limited number of distributors to assist the Company in rapidly accelerating its global sales strategy. Rotterdam-based Alphatron is best positioned to promote, sell and service Mach7 in the Benelux due to its demonstrated experience as an electronic equipment and software distributor and reseller, particularly in medical workstations and enterprise PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems), and domain expertise.
