Mach7 Signs UK Distribution Agreement with Leading Healthcare I.T. Solutions Provider

Melbourne, Australia; 9 August 2016: Mach7 Technologies Limited ( Mach7 or the Company ) (ASX: M7T ), a global provider of enterprise imaging solutions, today announced it has entered into a Distribution Agreement ( Agreement ) with Soliton IT Limited ( Soliton ) for the distribution of Mach7 Technologies™ enterprise imaging solutions throughout the United Kingdom ( Territory ).

The World Bank has reported that healthcare expenditure in the United Kingdom has risen consistently year-on-year and now accounts for 9.1% of GDP. The United Kingdom is seen as a well-developed and highly prospective market for the Company’s software offering. Since the release of Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Platform in 2012, the Company has already secured a number of UK-based customers, including London Imaging and HCA International.

Under the terms of the Agreement, Soliton has been appointed as a non-exclusive distributor to promote, market and distribute the entire Mach7 suite of solutions, including their flagship product, Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Platform. Additionally, Soliton will provide user training and customer support throughout the Territory. Mach7 selected Soliton because of their deep understanding of the health informatics market, their extensive installation base and leading market share in the Radiology Information Systems (RIS) market in the UK. Currently Soliton manages and supports software installations in more 100 healthcare sites in the UK. Soliton is also an approved supplier under the UK NHS Framework.
