Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Platform Selected by Large US Healthcare Network

Melbourne, Australia; 18 August 2016: Mach7 Technologies Limited ( Mach7 ) (ASX: M7T ) is pleased to announce it has been awarded a 7-year software licence agreement to provide its best-in-breed software solutions to MaineHealth.

Pleasingly, MaineHealth indicated that Mach7 was selected ahead of the competitors due to their ability to deliver on key success factors of functionality, reliability, performance, reduced solution lifecycle costs and the strength of their partnership and collaborative approach.

Mach7 will provide licences for both Mach7 Enterprise Imaging Platform and Mach7 Clinical Studio, which together will provide an advanced solution for MaineHealth’s needs.

Under the terms of the licence, Mach7 will earn a guaranteed US$2.9 million (A$3.8 million), with an opportunity to earn up to US$4.2 million (A$5.5 million) at the option of the customer. The Company expects to recognise US$1.15 million (A$1.6 million) of the contract value this calendar year. Importantly, Mach7 will earn an annual support fee of between US$260,000 and US$390,000 per annum for at least seven years, adding to its growing annuity of support fee revenue.
