Telstra Health Letter of Intent

• Ongoing discussions with leading Healthcare services provider

• Opportunity to license 3DM’s image management software

3D Medical Limited (ASX: 3DM ) and Telstra Health, a division of Telstra Corporation Ltd (ASX: TLS), have signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) as part of Telstra Health’s development of an Image and Data Management Service (IDMS).

3DM has secured the exclusive reseller rights in Australia and New Zealand to Mach7 Technologies, a leading developer of image management solutions for hospitals, radiology clinics and other health service providers. Mach7 delivers an Enterprise Imaging Platform built on vendor neutrality that has been designed to enable ownership, sharing and access of imaging data to improve patient care, revenues, compliance and clinician satisfaction across the enterprise.

The LoI will allow the parties to explore entering a commercial relationship following joint testing and evaluation of the Mach7 enterprise imaging solution.

The Software Licence and Support Agreement will enable supply of Telstra’s IDMS to 3DM customers and allow both organisations to offer the service to a new customer base. Commercial release is planned for Q1FY16.
