Release of Ordinary Shares and Options from Escrow

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10, 3D Medical Limited advise that the following ordinary shares and options will be released from escrow on the dates listed below:

1. On 13[th] June 2013

   • 100,018,079 ordinary shares

   • 44,371,943 unlisted options at $0.05 expiring 18 months after issue date, being 6 August 2016

   • 26,452,449 unlisted options at $0.05 expiring 24 months after issue date, being 6 February 2017

2. On 23[rd] June 2013

   • 13,929,367 ordinary shares

   • 6,867,511 unlisted options at $0.05 expiring 18 months after issue date, being 6 August 2016

   • 4,094,084 unlisted options at $0.05 expiring 24 months after issue date, being 6 February 2017
