3D MEDICAL SECURES STRATEGIC SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT WITH LEADING RADIOLOGY PROVIDER CAPITOL HEALTH

Further to Safety Medical Products Limited’s (“ Safety Medical ” or the “ Company ”) recent announcement that it has entered into a heads of Agreement to acquire 3D Medical Limited, the Directors are pleased to announce that 3D Medical Limited (“ 3D Medical ” or “ 3DM ”) has entered into an exclusive Service Level Agreement (“ SLA” ) with Capitol Health Limited[i] (ASX:CAJ,” Capitol ”).

Under the terms of the SLA, Capitol will exclusively engage 3DM to provide 3D printing services to Capitol for the printing of patient specific anatomical models that serve as visual and functional aides in the diagnostic and patient treatment process.

3DM seeks to deliver improved efficiencies and workflow at both institutional and clinical levels with the greater take up and application of 3D technology.

Capitol Health Managing Director John Conidi commented:

“We see 3D printing as an emerging technology that will play a fundamental part in patient diagnosis and the treatment pathway. In the near future 3D-printed, patient specific anatomical models will form a critical part of medical best practice protocols. 3DM expects to be providing 3D printing services to Capitol within weeks, with first revenues anticipated to follow shortly thereafter. The application of the SLA, given Capitol is one of Australia’s leading healthcare companies, has the potential to see 3DM services implemented Australia wide in a short period of time.
