CAPITAL RAISING AND SECTION 708A NOTICE
The Directors of Safety Medical Products Limited are pleased to announce that they have completed a capital raising of $100,000 at 0.2 cents per share to provide funds to assist the Company with its progress toward finalising the acquisition of Kisara Gold Pty Ltd. The Company is continuing discussions with other parties in relation to further funding that will facilitate the finalisation of the acquisition and the Company’s recompliance with Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules.
As a result of the delays in obtaining funding, the Company has revised the timetable for recompliance. The updated timetable is as follows:

- The above dates are indicative only and are subject to change. The Company will keep shareholders updated on the timing of the implementation of the transaction as it progresses.
Section 708A Notice
Notice Under Section 780A
The Company gives notice pursuant to Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act that the shares issued on 4 and 11 September 2013 were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2, in reliance on Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act. The Company, as at the date of this notice, has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company and Section 674 of the Corporations Act. There is no excluded information to be disclosed for the purposes of Sections 708A(7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
