ASX Announcement

We refer to our recent announcement in relation to Safety Medical Products Limited (ASX: SFP) entering into an option agreement to acquire key tenements in the Three Rivers Area of northern Western Australia. ASX have today advised that in the event the Company exercises the option, the Company will be required to recomply with Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 of the ASX Listing Rules. The Company will make further announcements to the market in relation to any recompliance as required. The Company will now proceed with final documentation of the option agreement.
