Convertible Notes
Dear Sir/Madam,
On 4 June 2009, Safety Medical Products Limited (‘ SafetyMed ’) (ASX: SFP) announced that holders of convertible notes totaling 7,750 were offered an extension to the maturity date of their convertible notes from 4 June 2009 to 31 July 2010 and 7,000 convertible notes totaling $700,000 were extended.
Of the remaining 750 convertible notes, 250 were repaid in full on 30 June totaling $25,000.
The owners of remaining 500 convertible notes will also be repaid in full at the noteholders recent request; the total repayment will amount to $50,000, being $100 per convertible note.
