EXPIRY OF LISTED OPTIONS EXERCISABLE AT 20 CENTS ON OR BEFORE 31 DECEMBER 2008
In accordance with Appendix 6A of the Listing Rules, Safety Medical Products Limited (“SFP”) advises that listed options in the Company (“SFPO”) are due to expire at 5.00 pm EST on 31 December 2008.
The attached letter is an example of the notification being sent to all registered option holders. The last trading day of the Options on ASX will be 22 December 2008.
SFP shares last traded at $0.115 being the last trade on 8 December 2008, being the last date before the trading in the shares was halted. The shares are currently suspended from official quotation pending an announcement to be made by 19 December 2008.
The highest and lowest market price of shares in the three months immediately before this notice was as follows:
