CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Mach7 Technologies Limited (“Mach7” or the “Company”) (ASX:M7T), a company specialising in innovative medical imaging software solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Naomi Lawrie as Company Secretary, effective 24 June 2025, to replace Mr. Tony Panther following team reassignments at Vistra (Australia) Pty Ltd, the Company’s provider of secretarial and corporate compliance services.
Ms. Naomi Lawrie is a corporate lawyer and company secretary with more than 20 years of experience, particularly with health and technology companies. She joins Mach7 after serving at 4DMedical Limited in the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Ms. Lawrie is responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters for the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Panther for his contributions to the Company and wishes him well for his future endeavours.
