CFO TRANSITION

Mach7 Technologies Limited (“Mach7” or the “Company”) (ASX:M7T), a company specialising in innovative medical imaging software solutions, today advises that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Dyan O’Herne will step down from the position, effective 30 September 2025.

The Board would like to thank Ms O’Herne for the valuable contribution she has made to the Company over the past nine years. As CFO since January 2023, Ms O’Herne played an important role in leading Mach7’s finance function and strengthening its financial and operational platform. The Board wishes Ms O’Herne all the best in her future endeavours.

Mach7 has commenced a search for a new CFO and will update the market when an appointment has been made.
