CFO Appointment

Mach7 Technologies Limited (“M7T” or “the Company”) (ASX:M7T), a company specialising in innovative imaging software solutions, today announces the appointment of Daniel Lee as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 25 September 2025.

Daniel is an accomplished CFO and Chief Operating Officer (COO) with almost 20 years’ experience driving growth and profitability for venture-backed companies across Software-as-a Service (SaaS), healthcare technology, clean energy and consumer products. He has a proven track record in optimising operations and aligning financial strategies with growth priorities.

Daniel is currently the CFO / COO for DoctorNow Inc, an AI-assisted workflow automation and electronic health record (EHR) accelerator supporting physicians and healthcare providers. Previously, he was CFO of IrisVR Inc / Wild Technologies Inc, a SaaS company developing immersive virtual reality tools for the construction and engineering industries.

Daniel, who is US-based, has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics from George Washington University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude, was a recipient of a Presidential Scholarship and on the Dean’s List.
