RETIREMENT OF CHAIR

Mach7 Technologies Limited (“Mach7” or the “Company”) (ASX:M7T), a company specialising in innovative medical imaging software solutions, announces that Mr. David Chambers will retire as Chair and Non-Executive Director of Mach7, effective from the close of the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 16 November 2023.

Mr. Chambers joined the Mach7 Board in August 2018 as an independent Non-Executive Director, and was appointed to the role of Chair in June 2019. The retirement of Mr. Chambers marks the five year anniversary of his tenure and is consistent with the planned Board renewal process to ensure the appropriate mix of skills, diversity experience and tenure.

Mr. Chambers said: “ It has been an honour to serve the shareholders of Mach7 for the past five years, a period which has seen much progress and growth despite the challenges of a global pandemic. During the timeframe annual sales orders have tripled to A$40 million, aided by the transformational acquisition of ClientOutlook. I’m enormously proud of the Mach7 team which, under the leadership of Mike Lampron, has produced top ranking software and services, built a loyal and rapidly growing global customer base, expanded its footprint into Asia Pacific and the Middle East and won significant contracts with the recent Veterans Health Administration contract representing a breakthrough in terms of scale and entry to the US public health sector.”

Mach7 Managing Director, Mr. Mike Lampron acknowledged: “ David brought extensive global healthcare/IT industry experience to the Board and along with my fellow directors, I’d like to sincerely thank him for his contribution. David will be leaving the Company in great shape with strongly growing sales orders and revenue and a healthy cash balance. A search is underway for a replacement to steer Mach7 through the next phase of its evolution.”
