Change of Company Secretary and Registered Office

Melbourne, Australia; 29 September 2021 : Mach7 Technologies Limited (“Mach7” or the “Company”) (ASX:M7T) today announced the appointment of Ms. Veronique Morgan-Smith, of Leydin Freyer, as Company Secretary, effective 1 October 2021. Ms Jennifer Pilcher will resign as Company Secretary on that same date.

With effect from 1 October 2021, the Company’s Registered Office will be:
