Change of Directors from 1 January 2020

Melbourne, Australia; 3 January 2020: Mach7 Technologies Limited (ASX:M7T), a company specialising in innovative data management solutions for healthcare providers, confirms the following changes to its Board of Directors effective from 1 January, as previously announced to the market:

• Robert Bazzani has been appointed as Non-executive Director

• Damien Lim has retired as Non-executive Director

• Jennifer Pilcher has retired as an interim Director

ASX forms Appendix 3X and Appendix 3Z (x2) have been lodged today.
