Changes to Company Secretary and Registered Office
Melbourne, Australia; 23 April 2018: Mach7 Technologies Limited ( Mach7 or the Company ) (ASX:M7T) advises that Ms Alyn Tai has resigned as Company Secretary of Mach7, with effect from 1 May 2018. Ms Jenni Pilcher, Mach7’s Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as Company Secretary from 1 May 2018.
Change of Registered Office
The Company also advises that its registered office address has changed, effective immediately, to:
