Appointment of Chief Executive Officer to the Board
Mach7 Technologies Limited (“ Mach7 ” or the “ Company” ) (ASX: M7T ) is pleased to announce that Mr Michael Jackman, Chief Executive Officer of the Mach7 Group, has joined the Board of Mach7 as Managing Director and CEO, effective today 25 September 2017.
Mach7’s Chairman, Mr Damien Lim, said “Mike has jumped straight in since his appointment as CEO on 1 August 2017, meeting and speaking with our customers, partners and all our staff. We are confident that Mike will ably lead the Company into its next phase of growth with his proven track record of building successful healthcare and technology businesses, considerable expertise and broad network. We are pleased to welcome him to the Board as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.”
The terms of Mr Jackman’s employment contract, which were summarised in the Company’s announcement dated 10 July 2017, remain unchanged.
