Resignation of Chairman and Appointment of New Chairman

• Appointment of Dr Nigel Finch

3D Medical Limited (ASX: 3DM ) (the “Company’) announces that Dr Nigel Finch has been appointed as Chairman of the Board following the resignation of Mr Matthew Morgan as a Director and Chair due to his increasing time commitments to other commercial interests.

The Board and Dr Finch wish to thank Mr Morgan for the key role he played in completing the transaction with Safety Medical Products and the subsequent capital raising which enabled the Company’s relisting on the ASX.

Dr Finch joins the Company at a time when 3DM is focussed on rapid market penetration for its launch products and services. Dr Finch is an experienced investor and advisor to emerging growth enterprises. He is the Principal of Saki Partners, an advisory firm that consults on strategy, financial performance and corporate transactions.

He has held director and senior management roles focused on strategy execution and managing financial performance in both early-stage and mature firms across a range of sectors and has significant experience in economic development and institution building throughout Asian markets.

Previously he was Associate Dean at the University of Sydney Business School. His successful academic career was preceded by a 20-year career as a financial controller, investment manager and company director. Dr Finch is currently a Non-Executive Director of Skydive the Beach Group Limited (ASX: SKB) and a number of private companies.

Dr Finch holds degrees in accounting, business and law and a PhD in business law. His professional qualifications include Certified Practising Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser and a fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, the Taxation Institute of Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and CPA Australia. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, the Taxation Institute of Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and CPA Australia.
