Safety Medical Products Limited wishes to announce that Chairman, Mr. John Darley was elected as a member of the Legislative Council in the South Australian Parliament on Wednesday 21[st] of November 2007.
The company is also pleased to advise that Mr. Darley will remain as Chairman of SafetyMed although he will no longer retain an executive position with the Company.
On behalf of my fellow directors and employees across the group, I would sincerely like to congratulate John on his appointment and offer him our full support as he takes on this challenging role. Given his vast experience over many years in the public service we are sure that he will make a significant contribution to the running of the state.
