2024 AGM - NOTIFICATION OF DATES

Mach7 Technologies Limited (“ M7T” or “the Company” ) is pleased to advise, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its 2024 Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) will be held at 10.00am (Melbourne time) on Thursday, 28 November 2024.

Details of the AGM will be provided in the forthcoming Notice of Meeting.

The closing date for the receipt of the nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday 10 October 2024.
