MACH7 TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED 2022 AGM NOTIFICATION OF DATES
Mach7 Technologies Limited (“ M7T” or “the Company” ) is pleased to announce that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, M7T advises that its 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am (Melbourne time) on Thursday, 17 November 2022.
Details of the format and the agenda for the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which is expected to be released early October 2022.
The closing date for the receipt of the nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 29 September 2022.
