Approval of extension of time to hold 2016 Annual General Meeting
Melbourne, Australia; 17 November 2016: Mach7 Technologies Limited ( Mach7 or the Company ) (ASX: M7T ) confirms that it has received approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ( ASIC ) of the Company’s application for an extension of time to hold its 2016 Annual General Meeting ( Application ).
At the time of the Application, Mach7 was in the process of finalising its capital raising negotiations, and determined to seek an extension to enable it to seek, if required, capital raising related shareholder approvals at the AGM.
In response to the Application, ASIC has extended the period within which Mach7 must hold its 2016 AGM from 30 November 2016 to 7 December 2016.
The Company confirms that its 2016 AGM will be held in accordance with the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum which was made available to shareholders on 7 November 2016. The details of Mach7’s 2016 AGM are as follows:
