2015 Annual General Meeting – Chairman’s Address to Shareholders

Good morning. My name is Dr. Nigel Finch, and I am the Chairman of 3D Medical Limited. On behalf of the Company, I welcome you to our 2015 Annual General Meeting. I would like to take this opportunity to address shareholders on the Company’s activities and progress during the 2015 financial year, and our initiatives for the 2016 financial year.

The 2015 financial year was a significant year of transition for the Company, during which it acquired its current 3D Medical business operations, raised $4M under a prospectus, and successfully reinstated its shares to official quotation on the ASX. During the year, the Company also changed its name from Safety Medical Products Limited to 3D Medical Limited, to reflect its new operations and direction.

During the year, 3DM focused on raising awareness of its products and services, and assisting potential customers in evaluating the Company’s value proposition. The Company was actively involved in business development as it sought to identify favourable product and market opportunities. This has led to 3DM successfully securing new partnerships and maintaining existing relationships with key partners including Telstra Health, Mach7 Technologies and Capitol Health.

During the 2016 financial year, it is the intention of the Company to deliver value to shareholders through organic growth by expanding its business development activities across additional targeted medical modalities, as well as actively driving acquisitive growth.

Our determination to pursue acquisition opportunities that complement the Company’s business operations is reflected in our proposed merger with Mach7 Technologies. Mach7 and 3DM enjoy a strong working relationship in 3DM’s capacity as exclusive reseller of the Mach7 image management solutions for hospitals and radiology clinics in Australia and New Zealand. This transaction will deliver a material revenue boost to 3DM and importantly allows 3DM shareholders to benefit from the ownership of best-in-breed healthcare imaging intellectual property. The transaction is expected to drive earnings and transform 3DM into a global operation, allowing significant opportunities to scale 3DM’s value-adding data activities to leading healthcare institutions globally.

As previously announced to shareholders, the proposed merger is subject to approval by 3DM shareholders, and upon completion of the transaction, 3DM will propose to change the name of the company to "Mach7 Technologies Ltd".

I look forward to seeing shareholders again at an extraordinary general meeting early next year, at which the Company will propose all resolutions in connection with the proposed Mach7 merger.
