This is to inform you that the Operations and Finance Committee of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., March 24, 2026, allotted 135892 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹ 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of vested options granted to the employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, under Stock Option plans of the Company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to ₹ 91,43,58,222 consisting of 45,71,79,111 equity shares of ₹ 2/- each.
