We refer to our earlier intimation dated April 01, 2026, wherein we had informed that Nanomi B.V., the Netherlands ('Nanomi'), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had entered into definitive agreements to acquire the minority shareholding from certain existing shareholders of Multicare Pharmaceuticals Philippines, Inc., a subsidiary of Nanomi and the transaction was expected to be completed by the end of May 2026.

We would like to inform you that the proposed transaction is still in progress and expected to be completed in July 2026, subject to certain closing conditions.
