Sub: Updates on acquisition of a portfolio of accretive established products in Europe and Canada.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Vide letter dated December 22, 2023, we had informed the Exchange as regards Lupin Atlantis Holdings SA, Switzerland, (‘LAHSA’), wholly owned subsidiary of Lupin Limited, having signed an Asset Purchase Agreement with Sanofi, a French multinational pharmaceutical and healthcare company, for acquiring a portfolio of brands AARANE™ in Germany and NALCROM™ in Canada the Netherlands, along with the associated trademark rights.

We are now pleased to inform you that today i.e. June 5, 2024, LAHSA has completed acquisition of the said brands. Thus, the transaction has been completed.

This may kindly be considered as a disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.

As the acquisition is of product brands, we will not be submitting this disclosure in XBRL form.
