In terms of Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities by the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Persons and other Designated Persons & their immediate relatives, is closed from Wednesday, January 01, 2025 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the results. Accordingly, the trading window shall re-open on Friday, February 14, 2025.
