McDade (DIN: 09037255) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of five consecutive years with effect from January 28, 2026 to January 27, 2031, subject to approval of Members of the Company.

He holds Bachelor degree in Arts from Dartmouth College, Hanover and has done his MBA from Harvard Business School, Boston.
